Artist's Description
This sultry red haired mermaid enjoys resting at the deep sections of the ocean. Strange florescent and light producing fish fish around her. This is a smaller study of another of my originals. The canvas giclee is painted entirely and new elements added. In this case, I painted in more floating hair, added fish and more reef and sea plants from the larger painting. One of a kind original.

I have spent most of my adult careers an Creative Director and graphic designer before becoming a full time professional photographer and fine artist. As of 2015, I had decided to work on my painting full time and now sell internationally with representation in Paris, London and Japan. Composition, creative problem solving and working with deadlines became ingrained after three decades as a designer. I also hold a BS degree in Fine & Applied arts from San Diego State University.
