I did this painting Plein air at the Kings Road Bridge in Neptune Beach. It was a windy day and my easel flipped over twice, spinning my water and paints but I managed to finish later. Its a beautiful scenic spot with very little activity, some birds and boats in the distance. The original painting has been sold.

I have spent most of my adult careers an Creative Director and graphic designer before becoming a full time professional photographer and fine artist. As of 2015, I had decided to work on my painting full time and now sell internationally with representation in Paris, London and Japan. Composition, creative problem solving and working with deadlines became ingrained after three decades as a designer. I also hold a BS degree in Fine & Applied arts from San Diego State University.
